For an efficient yet speedy workout that works your full body, come in and check out Orangetheory Fitness in Port St. Lucie, Florida. With multiple gym class times available throughout the day, one is sure to fit in with your busy schedule.
Focused on three main areas – treadmill interval training, indoor rowing machines, and weight room or resistance training blocks – the 60-minute group sessions at Orangetheory Fitness give you a challenging full body workout.
Based on the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), our fitness sessions have been designed to keep your heart rate in a targeted zone to stimulate your metabolism and energy level. Which leads to what we refer to as the Orange Effect: more energy, visible toning, and extra calories burned for 24-36 hours after you finish your Orangetheory gym session!
Our spacious studio space is modern, decorated with bright splashes of our favorite Orange color and equipped with 12 treadmills, 12 indoor rowing machines, and 12 suspension unit systems that are well-maintained and state-of-the art. There are also plenty of benches and free weights for sessions of up to 25 members, so there’s always equipment available for your workout.
Personal gym trainers at Orangetheory Fitness are well-trained, but they’re also caring and wish to see you meet any fitness goals you have for yourself. Whether you would like to lose weight, want to tone up, increase your power, pump up your strength and endurance, or simply wish to stay in shape, Orangetheory Fitness has the perfect motivational environment to help you on your journey to achieving your goals.

I have been teaching various forms of group exercise classes, including spinning, step, bootcamp, and weight training classes for over 20 years and there is absolutely nothing I'd rather be doing! I have been teaching group exercises classes in various gyms across Port Saint Lucie for over 10 years.
Becoming a coach at Orange Theory PSL has been an exciting experience and a great addition to my love for inspiring others to follow their own fitness journey and reach their fitness goals no matter how big or small they may be. I believe people's biggest fear when it comes to starting a fitness regimen is failure. I enjoy motivating others to see their full potential and coaching them on how to get out of their own way!
Aside from coaching, I work in the pharmaceutical industry and my husband I own an olive oil business in Delray Beach. I run for pleasure and enjoy running local races with a great group of friends that keep me motivated.
-Progression. I love Orangetheory Fitness because it allows me to constantly challenge myself and push beyond my so called “limitations”. By burning with Orangetheory I continue to improve my overall health and fitness every completed workout, and there is no greater feeling than knowing you are setting yourself up for a better tomorrow.
WHAT’S YOUR GUILTY PLEASURE?
-Thai fried rice!
WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE OTF EXERCISE?
-The water rower. I love the collaboration of endurance, strength, and power that it requires to master the technique. There is no other equipment that I ever used that challenges both my cardio-respiratory training as well as the endurance/strength of both my lower and upper body muscles.
Backed by the science of post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), our heart-rate monitored training is designed to keep heart rates in a target zone that stimulates metabolism and increases energy. Our clients burn an estimated 500 to 1000 calories per workout. We are 5 zone heart-rate interval training.
Working out in a group provides accountability and structure to help achieve fitness goals. You are more likely to get a great workout and better results from the well-rounded movements and pace direction you get in a group setting. The session motivates each other to pick up the pace and reach beyond plateaus. People who workout in groups stick to their goals more consistently than those that workout alone.
